This is crazy but when I had Caitlin my milk took a long time to come in and my mom got me yeast pills, they are with vitamin's and supplements in the store, and it seemed to work. Apparently back when I was born that was a trick they used. And no they don't cause yeast infections. Plus pump, pump, pump....
Nothing scientific about this idea, but I've heard that stress can wreak havoc on your milk supply. I vote for taking a day off work and sitting around in your pajamas the whole time nursing every 2-3 hours while helping yourself to yummy drinks with little umbrellas in them and going through a whole stack of library books. :)
Get rest, drink a lot, make sure you take your prenatal vitamin b/c Henry still needs thoughs, don't sleep on your front and most importantly KEEP TRYING...I have heard that your milk can come back in even if it has already left. I wish I would have done this with Gracie. She stopped nursing at 9 months and I was so sick of her biting me that I gave up trying and my milk left but formula is soooo expensive and not as healthy for them so KEEP TRYING!!! Good luck!
