Even though we live just over an hour from my parents, we don't often get to go down there for a relaxing Sunday together. Their callings at church and our meeting times just don't let it work out very often. So, we headed down there for General Conference this spring.
Since aproximatly half of the Singles' Ward descends on my parents' house for Conference to chill with my brother, we don't usually get much actual Conference-watching in. It's way too crowded there.
Shhhh.
So, our activities included:
Sharing grapefruit with Grandpa Buddy.
Playing trains with Grandma.
And frolicking outside. Or maybe in Who-ville. Whatever.
Actually, my Grandma Gunnell made that hat and I think it's beyond precious to see him wearing it.
We had a great, relaxing Conference weekend. And hey, we've been pretty good about catching up on all the talks we missed. ;)
