I adore the light that streams through the windows when there's snow on the ground.

We had a few inches of it this morning, just enough to keep me from wanting to drive to the bus and go into work. So, today has been a work from home day, which I usually do once a week anyway. However, my remote connection to my work computer is not working. So, here's to some unexpected time off!

Snow light is like Rembrandt's light--it's heavenly!!! I can't decide, though, whether I like snow better in the day or at night. I love how the night sky almost glows blue when there's snow on the ground. It always makes me think of "Stopping By Woods On A Snowy Evening" by Robert Frost.
Of course, when you live in a place with an abundance of snow, it tends to lose its appeal around mid-March. Come on, spring!
